Tender description

A FAIR-compliant bioinformatics data warehouse for the storage, integration, querying and extraction of linked heterogeneous biological data, including multichannel microscopy images, ‘omics analyses, biochemical and cell assay results, biomanufacturing data, and metadata describing sample provenance and processing history. The warehouse should provide a user interface for ingestion, simple queries and visualisations; plus APIs for ingestion, internal data transformation and annotation by users and automated data pipelines, and data extraction including by complex queries. Warehouse access should be secured per user and frequent backups taken.
