Audio Visual Equipment for Council Chambers During and due to the pandemic, the council has since May 2020 conducted meetings of the bodies in its decision-making structure by remote access. Audio webcasts and recordings have been provided except for business taken in private. Council Executive Committee agreed to maintain remote-access arrangements until 30 November 2021 and to move to hybrid meeting arrangements thereafter. Committee agreed to the purchase and installation in the council chamber of hardware and software to deliver those arrangements, by audio and video means. The requirement includes 12 months S & M.
