The ION Leadership Programme runs targeted leadership programmes that aim to raise productivity in the workplace, develop sustainable and profitable enterprises, and develop extraordinary leaders. Leading Business Growth has designed a series of programmes to develop, enhance and evolve individual leadership and management skills, enabling business leaders to raise productivity in the workplace and develop sustainable profitable enterprises. Our integrated and cohesive leadership and Management development programmes, branded as ION Leadership provide two different yet complementary programme options. As part of the programme, delegates will complete an accredited leadership qualification. The Department of Research, Engagement & Innovation Services (REIS) have a requirement for an awarding body to be able to accredit Leadership qualifications at 2 levels – level 3 and 5 for approximately 600 delegates by December 2023. Swansea University currently meets all awarding body requirements and has occupationally competent assessors and IQAs.
