Tender description

Trim Youthreach is a single storey building with an approximate floor area of 460m². The proposed works to be carried out as part of this contract is as follows: Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing heating centre (boiler, pumps, controls, plant room pipework, etc.) in the existing boilerhouse. Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing radiator circuits, radiators and all associated pipework for the heating services throughout the existing building. Supply and installation of new heating centre (gas boiler, gas pipework, pumps, controls, plant room pipework, etc.) in the boilerhouse. Supply and installation of new radiators, radiator circuits and all associated pipework for the new heating services supply throughout the existing building. Supply and installation of new upgraded central control system to control new heating installation and zoning, complete with various field devices. All associated preliminaries. All decommissioning works associated with the removal of the existing plant and materials. All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. All builders’ works associated with the above. See ‘Builders Work Schedule’ in ‘Volume C1 – Pricing Schedule’ for further details. Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project. Acting as COVID-19 Compliance Officer for the project. All works will be carried out in compliance with current health and safety and COVID-19 regulations. Any other works associated with the works as identified on the drawings and the specifications.
