Tender description
Waltham Forest Council is seeking a new strategy and delivery plan for increasing digital inclusion in the borough. Creating this will involve primary and secondary research engagement with council staff, residents, organisations across the public, third and private sector, data analysis, and deep expertise and knowledge of ‘what works’. It needs to map existing provision, as well as telling us how we can make our work in this area sustainable, how we can maximise our use of resources and obtain new funding.
