University of Limerick (the “Authority”) now wishes to establish a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Architects for the provision of professional design related services for Small Capital Works projects (the “Project”) on University of Limerick Campus or on properties owned by the University of Limerick or its subsidiaries.
