To design and deliver an evidence-based, accessible tier 2 lifestyle weight management service for adults aged over 16 years of age (with a focus on the priority populations and geographical areas), which will support people with a BMI =25 (=23 in South Asian populations) to lose weight, increase physical activity, manage their emotional health and wellbeing and learn how to maintain a healthier weight beyond the intervention.
