Tender description
The project is tender for a Feasibility Study by going out to tender to outside parties/consultants to undertake a feasibility study on The Grand. The aim being to find out what potential uses there are for the building which are appropriate and viable. PLEASE NOTE: During the period of this tender opportunity there is the chance to visit The Grand Theatre. This will take place on 28th October 2021 between 1pm and 2pm. Visits will be limited to one person per organisation. Given the condition of the building PPE Equipment must be worn and should be brought by the individuals attending the visit. The site will be limited to viewing solely the Auditorium on the ground floor. If you are intending to attend please message the project team via YORtender with the reference ‘Theatre Site Visit’.
