Tender for Removal and Storage Service - PIN Notice

The London Borough of Lambeth is hereby giving notice that it intends to procure a contract or contracts for the provision of removal and storage services. The Council wishes to appoint a contractor to provide removals and storage services to residents within the Borough. The potential contractor will provide removal and storage services to residents within the estate renewal programme and other residents within the Borough. Such residents may be moving home for number of reasons for example: estate renewal, temporary decant, and or downsizing. Also, Adult Social Care may use the storage service to secure belongings whilst patients are in hospital. The estimated value of the framework is approximately £1m to £1.5m over the period of 4 years. The Council anticipates the commencement of any tendering process in November 2021.
