Tender description

Highways England is looking to engage technical personnel with experience of carrying out analysis of traffic data and business processes to assess the feasibility of a traffic data metric (i.e. people, and processes) for performance metrics in preparation of the Road Investment Strategy starting in 2025 (RIS3). This is the second stage in the development of the metric which will be followed with delivery work. The first stage identified that there were potential benefits in either a quantitative or qualitative metric.
