Tender description

Requirement Summary This document sets out the requirements for a new longitudinal qualitative panel to explore strategic cross-cutting issues as well as urgent or emerging issues within Defra. The panel will complement the department’s existing Survey on Attitudes to the Environment (SAE), providing more in-depth insights alongside the survey’s quantitative results. Further, the panel will allow Defra to pick up urgent and emerging issues through planned panels throughout the year, enabling Defra to become more agile and efficient in its delivery of qualitative insights.
