The Ray and Paddy Kelly Partnership wish to commission a competent and independent consultant / consultancy team to conduct a comprehensive Strategic Plan for the establishment and ongoing operation of the Levitstown Mill site inclusive of economic viability, socio-economic and tourism impact, water-based activities impact and ongoing operational viability.
