School uniform and Sport Kits provision

Tender description

Currently, the City of London is out of contract for the provision of Uniforms and are looking to implement one supplier for our bespoke school and sports uniforms for students in the course of the next few months ready for the beginning of the next academic year in Sept 2022. The School will behave as a facilitator in the course of this arrangement by signposting parents to the supplier’s sales outlet and website to enable the direct purchase of school uniform and sports kit. Quality of fabric is an important consideration as is customer service and parent satisfaction, however, a competitively priced offer is a fundamental requirement for this tender. Given the importance of this quality/price balance, applicants will be expected to provide a sample of their proposed uniform and/or sports kit offer as part of the evaluation process. Further, where a tender evaluation records a score of 0 or 1 for Q5 Experience the City reserves the right to exclude the tender from further evaluation or award. Following tender issue on 10th October a 3 week response period to 10th November will be allowed. Evaluations will be undertaken, with contract award for late November.
