Carlow County Council has approximately 6,500 public lights throughout the County, of which one third are on ESB Networks poles. Carlow County Council is seeking the services of a competent Professional Electrical Engineer with a background and experience in the design and operation of ESB Low Voltage Networks and associated Public Lighting infrastructure and public lighting generally, to carry out the following roles. • Authorising Officer • Live Working Manager • Public Lighting Consultancy and Advisory Service
