<p>The Council are looking to engage with suppliers via attendance at a virtual workshop Wednesday 24th November 1-2pm, for the provision of services that shall provide training, supervision and self-directed learning opportunities to our multi-sectoral workforce across Bradford District and Craven. The Service shall include 4 key work streams: 1. Online Training catalogue: to develop or source high quality universal ACE Awareness training and roll this out. 2. Repository of ATR resources, toolkits, guidance and training: this commission will provide us with the content for the ATR website. The content will include the development of a quality benchmarking toolkits, along with horizon scanning and collating ATR guidance, tools, research and evidence - supporting settings to understand and apply Trauma Informed Practices. 3. Restorative supervision offer: The service will, where needed, provide good quality restorative supervision in the absence of in house offers. A peer support platform virtual or in person will also be created to facilitate reflective practice. 4. Effectiveness Evaluation: A baseline assessment, plus a range of impact measures, metrics and case studies to produce a coherent narrative about the impact of this programme of work over time, and any key lessons about what appears to have worked well and what has worked less well.</p> Keywords: training
