Tender description

This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further 13 months is to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date 30th November 2022. - The contract value has been extended by an additional £290,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £1,300,000 excluding VAT.
