<p>Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council would like to invite you to a Provider event to discuss the upcoming Public Health Integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services for Young People and Adults Tender. Our vision is to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Blackburn with Darwen in relation to substance misuse need. The virtual event will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 2nd November 2-4pm.
