Tender description

Price to include design, supply, install, commissioning, testing and validation of a Playground, walking track, multi-purpose ball courts (2no.), access road, carparking, and all ancillary works. Price to include all equipment, fencing surfacing and landscaping required to use the facilities i.e. climbing frames, play mounds, rope bridges, swings, tennis court nets etc. Lot 227697: Construction of new Community Playground Price to include design, supply, install, commissioning, testing and validation of a Playground, walking track, multi-purpose ball courts (2no.), access road, carparking, and all ancillary works. Price to include all equipment, fencing surfacing and landscaping required to use the facilities i.e. climbing frames, play mounds, rope bridges, swings, tennis court nets etc.NOTE 1: NO excavations on the main body of the site are to exceed 600mm in depth, due to requirement to protect underlying landfill capping membrane system at depth of 1 meter. Refer to KKCC as-built drawings included in Tender Note 2: The aim of this new playground facility is to provide a new and enjoyable experience for the residence of Gowran village (and beyond) and cater for persons of all abilities, particularly families. People with disabilities to be facilitated in the design.
