Northumbrian Water would like to appoint a supplier(s) for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. NWL are looking for a supplier(s) to provide maintenance and repairs covering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, Power Fences and Perimeter Intruder Detection Fences over the next three to five years. Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) deliver both regulated and non-regulated water and wastewater services, one of 10 such providers in the UK, to just under 4.4m customers, operating principally in the North East of England and Essex and Suffolk. The business is headquartered in Durham and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings (CKHH), based in Hong Kong. The business turns over £900m and has circa 3000 UK based employees. The business is recognised as a leading customer service organisation with strong ethical values. There is an ongoing requirement for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. The requirement is being tendered in 2 Lots - North and South. Following the tender process, NWL would like to award a 3+2 year contract, with the aim of awarding a single contract to one supplier or a contract for each of the following lots - Lot 1 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (North) Lot 2 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (South) Lot 1: Lot 1 - Electronic Security Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services (North) NWL are looking for a supplier(s) to provide maintenance and repairs covering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, Power Fences and Perimeter Intruder Detection Fences in the North region (Lot 1) over the next three to five years. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (South) NWL are looking for a supplier(s) to provide maintenance and repairs covering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, Power Fences and Perimeter Intruder Detection Fences in the Essex and Suffolk region (Lot 2) over the next three to five years.
