Tender description

Contract for the provision of National Assistance Funeral Services in Aberdeen City Aberdeen City Council wishes to appoint Funeral Directors to carry out public assistance funerals under the Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016 and the National Assistance Act 1948 or updated legislation as appropriate. The Service is required to ensure all persons living within the City of Aberdeen who have no means to pay and have no-one who adopts responsibility for them to have respectful burial/cremation.
