Media Buying Call Off (2021-2022)

Tender description

This was conducted as a call off from the Media Buying (RM6003) CCS Framework. Media Buying (RM6003) is a sole supplier framework managed by the CCS for government departments to procure media channels from a single supplier, currently let to the OMD Group Ltd, who have set up a government media team to buy across all traditional and digital channels. The contract is classified as a silver procurement. The supplier will work with media channels such as traditional print media, digital media, digital display and out of home media and the frequency plan that is supplied to them (which will be worked up with RWM and MHP (RWMs Campaign Partner) to procure traditional and digital media at a national, regional and local level on RWM's behalf. The contracted supplier will supply a link that will give live stats and results of a full review of the campaign results at the end of the paid media campaign.
