West Northamptonshire Council will be looking to appoint a contractor for the provision of maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical installations across its estate. Lot 1: The contract will cover but not be limited to the following: Boilers / heaters Flues Fans (mechanical) Pumps/dist Vessels Valves Water heaters Cylinders Tanks (oil, water, LPG, cist) Dirt separators Direct fire heaters Vents and actuators HWS Gas solenoids Door curtain heaters Kingsway valves
