Tender description

The Federation wishes to contract a professional lettings service provider to manage community use bookings/lettings and generate income to be shared on a percentage basis for the following academies (with indicative start dates) for an initial term of three years with an option to extend by a further two years to a maximum of five years in total. - Harris Academy Battersea (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Academy Bermondsey (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Academy Greenwich (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Academy Invictus (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Primary Academy Purley Way (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Academy Rainham (to start 1st February 2022) - Harris Academy St Johns Wood (to 1st February 2022) Lot 1: Management of Community Use (Lettings) for 7 Multi Academies 2021 Letting out of the academy’s areas/facilities/equipment to generate income to be shared on a percentage basis for an initial term of three years with an option to extend by a further two years to a maximum of five years in total.
