Tender description

The Environmental Protection Agency invites expressions of interest for the provision of a contract for a Managed Service for Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), including solution deployment and on-boarding. The managed service must provide a Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) solution that operates on a 24/7 basis via a fully manned Security Operations Centre (SOC), to collate and review all security event and audit logs from EPA devices and systems, and provide: a) SIEM Technology Management b) SIEM Security Monitoring & Real-time Security Threat Detection c) Incident Response including Security Orchestration & Automation (SOAR) d) Service Management e) Service On-Boarding
