Support Local Plan 1 examination, offering services such as: • Critical friend – reviewing, editing and originating documents needed for the examination process, including responses to Inspectors’ MIQs. This may include topic papers, proposed modifications and any other written statements and letters to be submitted; • Preparing for and contributing to examination hearings; • Complement the existing Local Plan team and work collaboratively with Officers throughout the examination process, providing support as necessary; and • Support and mentor Officers who have less experience with the examination process.
