The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Professional Services Contract June 2017. Conditions of Contract are the core clauses for main Option A, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, X5, Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses. Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to prepare an options appraisal feasibility study for roundabout improvements at the existing Links Hotel roundabout, Llandudno, to reduce congestion during peak periods.
