The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), operating on behalf of its agency HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) intends to tender the requirement for Light Catering Equipment. This Future Engagement Notice is to advise prospective providers of the intention to go out to procurement, and to assess the level of interest in this requirement. Light Catering Equipment are critical items in a prison kitchen. These types of items assist with food preparation, service and storage. This requirement covers all the Public prison estate throughout England and Wales. Due to the critical nature of Light Catering Equipment products the contract is likely to contain performance measures.
