East Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) have previously surveyed 80% of their total stock and now wish to commission a stock condition survey of the remaining 20% of the domestic stock in order to assess the condition and future liabilities of the housing stock, and the Council’s interests and liabilities associated with the owner-occupied stock (mixed tenure).
