Grounds Maintenance - Planned Rough Cuts and Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Contract

The scope of works under this Contract comprises of the following: -Planned Rough Cut Cyclical Maintenance to DGHP sites. These sites must be cut every 4 to 6 weeks between the months of April and October, based on location. -Reactive Repairs and Maintenance work. This includes all fencing, paving and Arboricultural works requested by DGHP. DGHP will place Job Orders throughout the term of this Contract. For the time being this will be conducted using DGHP’s Orchard software system. Please note that DGHP may migrate to other Wheatley Group systems in the future for this purpose. Due to the reactive nature of this contract, the exact frequency of workstreams cannot be set out in advance. The Contractor shall accept that there are seasonal/meteorological factors that dictate demand for the responsive element of this Contract.
