This framework agreement is for Clerk of Works Services. The scope of services to be provided by the successful provider shall encompass all relevant elements including (without limitation) the following specialist technical expertise: 1. Architectural 2. Mechanical & Electrical 3. Solar Generation 4. Battery Storage 5. Structural and civil engineering services 6. Asbestos removal Lot 1: This framework agreement is for Clerk of Works Services. Asbestos removal Additional information: 24 month contract with an option to extend for a further 24 months from the actual end date.
