Expression of Interest - electrical vehicle charge installations on Lambeth housing estates

London Borough of Lambeth, Housing Service, will be seeking an experienced provider of electrical vehicle charge points (EVC's), to carry out a programme of EV installations on housing estates across the borough. We are proposing an ambitious programme of EVC installations across approximately 84 of our estates by March 2023. If you have the experience to assist with this programme, we are keen to hear from you. The successful provider will be expected to install, commission and manage the installations. They will work with us to ensure that disruption to affected residents is minimized whilst the installations take place and that residents receive a value for money service. As part of your Expression of Interest it would be useful if you could provide further detail on: 1) Any experience of installing EVC's in Housing estates or across similar portfolios, including examples where you have used existing infrastructure and/ or installed new electricity supplies 2) Please detail if you have capability and capacity to offer any support with the funding application and/ or any additional funding that your organisation can offer, and/ or in enabling the council to meet its deadline for March 2023 3) Any points of information or considerations which you feel the council should factor in delivering the above.
