Equipment for DURALAB Facility – Climatic Chambers and Damage Detection

Tender description

The aim of this procurement process is to purchase six pieces of equipment which will be used in the creation of a new multidisciplinary testing facility named DURALAB (Durability and Characterisation Laboratory) or accelerated weathering/ageing and long-term durability testing of a wide variety of materials (e.g., infrastructure materials, artefacts, biomedical devices, plastics, food, biological samples). This Contract is separated into two Lots: Lot 1: Wet/Dry Chamber Lot 2: Carbonation Chamber (700 l, gross) Lot 3: Freeze/Thaw Chamber (1200 l, gross) Lot 4: Environmental Chamber with moisture control and heat Lot 5: Digital Microscope for surface measurements Lot 6: Water purification system Bidders can bid for one or more Lots.
