Tender description
<p>Derby City Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to provide a suitably qualified and experienced Habilitation Specialist (HS) to assess the orientation, mobility and appropriate independence needs of children and young people with a visual impairment, whose residential address is within the Derby City Council boundary. The aim of the service is to meet the orientation, mobility and appropriate independence needs of children and young people (Service Users) with a visual impairment. The agreed funding over the total contract period, including any extensions, is £72,000. The additional £18,000 is subject to further funding being agreed and is not guaranteed. Bidders must meet the minimum requirements of the main suitability questionnaire as detailed in Section 4.3 of the ITQ Part One – Process Overview Document.</p> Keywords: Children and Young People
