Tender description

Improving the visibility across the site to reduce anti-social behaviour which would be a significant benefit to the local community. Works include the reprofiling and cut/fill works to the existing earth banks to create a level site. The specific facilities and amenities provided by the project are a multi-use-games-area, community gardens, allotments, outdoor gym equipment, a playground and event spaces. In addition to these specific facilities there will be a linear path along the stretch between Peters Hill and Regent Street which will allow for a walking route and cycle path while maintaining access to the Westlink retaining wall when required for maintenance or emergency.
