Project Description as follows: The Works comprise of: - Survey, removal, disposal and replacement of existing communal entrance doors and screens. - Supply and installation of wireless door entry systems. Survey, supply and installation of communal entrance doors and wireless door entry control systems to up to 153 blocks of flats, carried out in phases. Phase 1 will be 21 blocks of flats located in Lockerbie, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright, Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie, Whithorn and Stranraer. Future phases will also be throughout the Dumfries & Galloway Region. Phase 1 flats are owned by Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership and future phases will be either factored or mixed tenure blocks.
