Tender description
Cefas requires the successful Tenderer to develop and organise media placement strategy to help raise awareness about marine litter and actions that can be taken to tackle it in Sri Lanka. Aimed at audiences in Sri Lanka, the tenderer will design a Media Placement Strategy to distribute the various media products that were created during CLiP, to inform and inspire people to feel empowered and take action on marine litter. The Media Placement Strategy is required to distribute the assets as television adverts which can be tailored to reflect different target audiences as defined in the tenderer's Media Placement Strategy. The tenderer will also seek support and final approval by the Central Environmental Authority in Sri Lanka, which will be facilitated by Cefas. Target audiences for the Media Placement Strategy include: - Youth - Environmentally interested adults - General public The successful tenderer will plan and facilitate the arrangement of the adverts/products into television outlets identified in their Media Placement Strategy to best reach the target audiences. This plan will be in line with wider Sri Lankan approaches and efforts to raise awareness of the issues, in particular with the guidelines and requests of the Central Environmental Authority. Inclusivity, including accessibility, gender equality and education, should be also considered. https://defra.bravosolution.co.uk/go/34513681017C993DA5E3 Additional information: Bravo E-tendering Portal - managing procurement on behalf of Cefas https://defra.bravosolution.co.uk Thank you for your interest in tendering for this requirement, You will need to access the documents through Bravo Solutions portal using the link provided.
