Tender description

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government wishes to notify potential providers of its intention to procure services to quality assure Building Safety documentation and processes, for example those relating to external wall assessments. There is no current specific provision and the interventions the Department is seeking to assure are recent, so this is not to replace an existing service. Lot 1: EWS 1 audits not requiring a Chartered Fire Engineer The Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government wishes to notify potential providers of its intention to procure services to quality assure Building Safety documentation and processes, for example those relating to external wall assessments. Lot 3: Additional Building Safety Technical Assurance Requirements The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is conducting market engagement with potential/interested providers. Potential/interested providers should confirm their interest emailing Angela Clarke at the email address provided. The publication of this PIN does not commit MHCLG to any particular procurement process to appoint providers and/or to the taking forward of the project. Please note that this notice has been issued by MHCLG purely as a notification to potential providers that they are considering procuring this service. MHCLG reserves the right to amend the scope of their requirements as described in this PIN.
