Tender description

The following describes key data that must be held in the finance system: Indicative allocation and authorised budget: o Resource allocation system (RAS) Score - self-directed assessment and agreed score o Indicative budget o Authorised budget (broken down by component i.e. managed and/or direct payment) Planned income and expenditure: o Outcome of financial assessment o Planned personal contributions o Income from other funding sources (ILF, NHS, etc.) o Income from third parties o Planned expenditure (based on the person’s support plan) Actual income and expenditure: o Category of spending for each transaction (based on the ASCFR framework) actual personal contributions received (where these are collected by the Authority) o Basic details for all expenditure (date, supplier and item purchased) User group and demographic information This information is already recorded in the Authority’s bespoke adult social care case management system, and must be available so that income and expenditure can be analysed by: Age Primary presenting Keywords: Adult, Adult social care, Adult financial system
