Tender description

We are looking for a competent and experienced service provider to undertake the future works and services with Ipswich Borough Council who intend to enter into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer on a 24-month initial contract term with optional extension of 12 months. The current Christmas lights contract will expire in January 2022, we are therefore looking to appoint a supplier to undertake the new service from October 2022. There is a need to maintain the Christmas lights in a planned and managed fashion, this includes annual inspection of lights, electrical installation, general maintenance, regular inspection and servicing, ad-hoc maintenance, and damage repair.
