Contract Ref: G/637/TR/21/SR The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consists of a 600 bedded large district General Hospital. The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a mini competition exercise for a Well Led Governance Review in accordance with the NHS Shared Business Services Framework Agreement for Internal and External Audit, Counter Fraud and Financial Assurance Services Ref: SBS/20/MA/ZY/10024 – Lot 4 Suppliers will be invited to submit an offer in accordance with the NHS SBS Framework Agreement for Lot 4 - Provision of Well Led Governance Reviews The aim of this review is to assess the leadership and governance of the trust as described in the well-led framework published by NHS Improvement and to identify developmental actions in response. The supplier will need to be able to offer a distinctive, innovative, proactive and professional approach conducting the review.
