Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a physical regeneration scheme in the Spencer Road, Dungiven Road area of Derry City Centre. It is aimed at improving the visual appearance of commercial properties located in the area. The contract is for the provision of improvements / alterations to facades and repainting the existing commercial properties in the area. Works will also include replacement signage and demolition works. Various contractor designed items have been included within the architectural package including; shopfront features by specialist joinery contractor, signage by specialist signage supplier, concrete and plaster mouldings.
