<p>Trafford Council currently procures a range of information and advice services for local residents, as well as providing in house specialist welfare benefits and debt advice to eligible individuals. Trafford Council wishes to test market interest in the provision of the following information and advice services:</p> <p>1. Information and advice services specifically aimed at residents over the age of 65 years</p> <p>2. Information and advice services specifically aimed at residents with South Asian heritage</p> <p>3. Information and advice services specifically aimed at residents with black or African heritage</p> <p>We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing&rsquo; as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market.
