Compartmentation of the existing school building is required. Associated internal works and alterations to facilitate the extension. Site Works, including paving, fencing, making good area around extension. Associated civil works including Foul & Storm Drainage, ducting etc. Associated M & E Works and relocation of the Oil tank.
