SOLAS seeks proposals from suitably qualified research or consulting organisations to carry out specific research in support of a national paper led by SOLAS (the Skills and Labour Market Research Unit) on the impact on skills as a result of the Pandemic to identify emerging job roles and where demand is continuing, particularly in relation to identifying opportunities for those who have lost jobs as a result of the pandemic and where upskilling/reskilling may be required.
