Request for Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Two 5.5 tonne raised cabbed Counterbalance Forklifts at Medite Europe DAC

Medite Europe DAC are seeking tender submission for the supply and delivery of two 5.5 tonne heavy duty raised cabbed counterbalance forklift that can be used for the removal of MDF panel packs but not limited to on its premises in Medite, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. We are looking for one of the forklifts to be fitted with a cascade clamp, details of the specification of this can be obtained during the site visit. It may be possible to swap the cascade clamp out to the new truck, but this call will be made by Michaela Doyle during the site visit. Medite are looking for submissions on the following 3 options relating to a battery operated and a combustion engine (LPG) forklifts. Option 1: A leased option for 5 years- this option much include a full maintenance and routine check package (less trade-in) for both an LPG combustion engine and / or a battery-operated machine. Option 2: A leased option for 5 years- without a full maintenance and routine check package (less trade-in) for both an LPG combustion engine and / or a battery-operated machine. Option 3: A direct purchase less the trade in of the defined trucks for both an LPG combustion engine and / or a battery-operated machine. Tenderers must provide the following information (but not limited to): • Detailed description of proposed machine to include the manufacturer name, chassis and full technical specification, • Engine and transmission or battery details • An accurate lead time for delivery of the proposed machine • Warranty details • Details of after sales service offered to be outlined in Appendix 3. • Environmental Features • An itemised list of recommended spare parts
