Tender description

Works to be carried out. - Removal of existing trapezoidal roof panels, ridge and verge flashing and highline gutters Roof area 1175m2, (including translucent roof lights 100m2 approx.) Ridge 35m Highline gutter 70m Verge flashing 68m Store on site (to be removed by Ballygar and Districts Company Limited). - Removal of solar panel unit and store to be reinstalled - Supply and install o Kingspan KS1000 RW trapezoidal roof panel, 40mm PIR insulated core; fixed to existing purlins - 1175m2 (including translucent roof lights 100m2) o Ridge flashing - 35m o Verge flashing – 68m o Highline gutter - 70m including outlets (6 no.) and stop ends (4 no.) o Waterproofing flashing to ope upstands  2 no. 600mm x 600mm  2 no. 1000mm x 1000mm o Waterproofing flashing to pipe outlets  6 no. 150mm diameter approx. - Install solar panel unit - Safety netting, edge protection, access to works area to be included in tender price.
