Provision of Services for Conservation and Pollination Project in Laois and Offaly, Ecologist(s) for community engagement project

Tender description

Laois and Offaly County Councils are delivering a Just Transition project "Conservation and Pollination - Medieval Churches Laois and Offaly" during the years 2021 to 2023. Applications are sought for an ecologist(s) to work with the local communities around the six project sites to develop awareness of pollinator species and to plan and carry out practical site based management of habitats at the burial grounds for pollinators in 2022 and 2023. This work will input directly to the development of Guidelines for Pollinators in Graveyards under the All Ireland Pollinator Plan of the National Biodiversity Data Centre.
