Provision of an Electronic Signature (eSignature) Solution

Tender description

The National Transport Authority (the "Authority") is seeking a service provider to provide a Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) based Electronic Signature (eSignature) solution. This requirement has been driven by the Authority’s digital transformation and enabling of a more remote workforce over the last year. The solution shall enable users across multiple functions of the Authority to send, receive and electronically sign documents. The solution shall also enable users to send documents to external signees (3rd parties outside of the Authority) for their electronic signature. The Authority currently uses an E-Signature solution across a number of different functions for various purposes such as the following: • Finance - for financial approval and validating audit information; • Licensing - the issuing and signing of licences; • Procurement - completing declarations and executing contracts; and • IT/Compliance - device and remote user access approval.
