<table width="640"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="454"> <p>The contract is for the operation of a recycling facility, requiring the operator:<br />&bull; To discharge the COTC aspect of the Permit<br />&bull; To manage the H&amp;S aspects of the facility in accordance with existing and established procedures, with the assistance of the Council's H&amp;S Advisors<br />&bull; To coordinate Visitors to the facility<br />&bull; To make the facility available from 7.00am to 5.30pm M-Fr (Sa/Su as required for service provision)<br />&bull; To receive deliveries from the Council's recycling collection services<br />&bull; To provide loading shovel and accredited operator.<br />&bull; To manage the materials stored within the RTS<br />&bull; To coordinate and load onward haulage as necessary<br />&bull; To undertake necessary inspections of facility with regard to the provisions of the Environmental Permit (e.g., materials, segregation, fire watch, dust suppression, etc.)</p> <p>&bull; To segregate materials to remove contamination and to avoid cross contamination of materials. Provide daily reporting on contamination</p> <p>&bull; To open up and secure the facility at the end of each working day<br />&bull; To coordinate and facilitate regular periodic maintenance checks as required and record such inspections.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Keywords: recycling
