Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council are seeking to engage a competent and experienced individual/Company to undertake the role of a Landscape Architect to act as Project Manager and undertake the role of the Designer, as well as a Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Consultant, Civil Engineer and Principal Designer (Under CDM (NI) 2016 for a new MUGA facility in Portglenone, a new MUGA facility in Glynn and the refurbishment of an existing MUGA in Carnlough. This project has the potential to access DAERA funding, as such the appointed individual/company will be required to make themselves aware and ensure the project adheres to all of requirements stipulated by the funder.
